Sheriff Rick Grimes is sent to the hospital after he is caught in the crossfire of a shoot-out. A number of weeks later, when he fully opens his eyes, he sees that he’s completely alone. Not just in his hospital room, but In the county. He struggles to stand. finally, with difficulty, Grimes crawls his way through the hospital, looking for someone. Anyone.
Rick Grimes (Andrew Lincoln) is trapped inside of a broken tank, with not much ammo and completely surrounded on the outside by a large crowd of flesh-eating zombies. He’s not entirely hopeless, thanks to a stranger named Glenn (Steven Yeun) who helps Rick devise a scheme to break away from the tank and get to safety.
Rick (Andrew Lincoln) makes a decision to go back to Atlanta to retrieve the bag of guns and save a man’s life. Lori (Sarah Wayne Callies) and Shane (Jon Bernthal) must deal with the surprising return of someone they thought was dead.
Rick’s mission to Atlanta is jeopardized when things go awry. Jim becomes unhinged in camp.
Andrea deals with the death of her sister as the group cleans up from the Walker encounter. Rick quarrels with BFFL Shane over whether or not the group should leave camp and venture into the city on a gamble that the CDC is still Zombie free. (Credit: TWD Fan)
